Real Artisan Brands, LLC has entered into a membership interest purchase agreement with LANCI FAMILY HOLDINGS, INC., DAVID LANCI, and Healthcare Services Group, Inc. for the acquisition of the former's membership interests, effective as of October 6, 2026.
