American Express Travel Related Services has committed to acquiring LF Holdings (France) SAS, operator of La Fourchette restaurant reservation service, through a put option agreement with TripAdvisor. The transaction expands Amex's travel and lifestyle offerings while allowing TripAdvisor to divest a non-core European asset.
