CME Group entered into a transition agreement with Chairman and CEO Terrence Duffy, extending his tenure through December 31, 2027. Duffy will serve as CEO through February 28, 2027 or the 2026 10-K filing date, then transition to Executive Chairman role through year-end 2027.
