C&F Financial has entered into a transition agreement with President and CEO S. Dustin Crone, who will step down as President effective June 30, 2026 and retire completely by year-end. The agreement replaces his prior employment and change-of-control agreements, establishing terms for his wind-down period including $341,000 annual base salary and continued benefits.
