Deloitte consents to incorporate audit report in National Fuel Gas registration statements

Deloitte & Touche LLP consented to incorporate by reference its February 27, 2026 audit report of Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio, LLC financial statements into multiple Form S-3 and S-8 registration statements. This consent enables National Fuel Gas to reference the audited financials in future securities offerings and employee benefit plans.
