Fathom Holdings Inc. has entered into a merger agreement to acquire Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., with Bed Bath & Beyond shareholders to receive Fathom stock. The transaction combines a residential real estate technology platform with a home goods retailer in a significant M&A deal.
