Bally's Intralot and Jersey Securities have entered into a cooperation agreement to acquire gaming company Evoke PLC via scheme of arrangement or takeover offer, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The transaction expands Bally's gaming and sports betting portfolio through the acquisition of Evoke's iGaming and sports betting operations.
