Momentus appoints A.G.P. as placement agent for registered Class A stock offering

Momentus Inc. has engaged A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as sole placement agent for a registered securities offering of Class A common stock under its Form S-3 registration statement declared effective June 4, 2026. The placement is on a reasonable best efforts basis with terms to be mutually agreed between the company and purchasers.
