Seneca Savings Bank, NA and subsidiary Financial Quest sold substantially all of the operating assets of Financial Quest to Boshart Wealth Management and Gregory Boshart, who will take over the financial advisory business and transition to Ameriprise Financial Services. The deal was executed as a cash-free, debt-free assets sale.
