EigenQ, Inc. entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. (SVAQ) and its SPV for the issuance of subordinated unsecured notes aggregating $60.0 million subject to a round-trip investment. SVAQ has no obligations if the Business Combination does not occur.
