Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc. has agreed to be acquired by Prana Therapeutics, Inc., via a merger agreement announced on October 23, 2026. Following the closing of the deal, Bolt's stockholders will receive $1.20 per share in cash, and the list of additional fees may apply.
