Comscore announced Matt McLaughlin, current board member and COO of DoubleVerify, as new CEO effective immediately, replacing Jon Carpenter who remains as senior advisor through October 2026. The leadership change follows significant operational improvements including the divestiture of Comscore Movies and elimination of $40 million in senior debt.
