EigenQ, a quantum technology company, announced a definitive business combination agreement with SVAQ valuing the company at approximately $3 billion enterprise value. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026 and will enable EigenQ to accelerate commercialization of quantum security, AI, communications, sensing, and computing technologies with support from major partners including HPE, AMD, and TD SYNNEX.
