Macquarie Infrastructure Fund amended its advisory agreement to implement a phased reduction in management fees for Performance Participation Units. The fee reduction, originally set for November 30, 2025, has been delayed to November 2027, and a subsequent reduction to 1.00% annually will commence in December 2027.
