Smart Powerr Corp. has entered into a placement agency agreement with Univest Securities, LLC to serve as placement agent for a registered direct offering of common stock and warrants on a reasonable best efforts basis. The offering allows the company to raise capital through direct placements with institutional and accredited investors.
