Alexander's Inc completed the sale of its Rego Park I property in Queens, New York to Northwell Health for $235.5 million, with net proceeds of $203 million and an expected financial statement gain of approximately $148 million in Q2 2026. The transaction reduces the REIT's New York City portfolio to four properties and generates significant gains to be recognized in the current fiscal year.
