BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. appoints Scotia Capital as placement agent for note offering

BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. entered into a placement agency agreement with Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. to facilitate an offering of senior secured notes. The proceeds will be invested in U.S. dollar-denominated senior secured middle market loans, with BlackRock Capital Investment Advisors serving as investment manager.
