On Oct. 13, 2026, Exeter Finance LLC and others entered Capital Contribution Agreements allowing EFCAR to make limited capital contributions to Exeter Automobile Receivables Trusts 2022-5 and 2022-6, subject to Citibank, N.A.'s consent.
