AMETEK completed an all-cash acquisition of Indicor Instrumentation for $5 billion, which includes businesses aligned with its Electronic and Electromechanical Groups. The deal adds mission-critical industrial solutions and is expected to contribute approximately $350 million to 2026 sales.
