Co-Diagnostics Inc. has entered into a placement agency agreement with Maxim Group LLC. Under this agreement, Maxim will act as the exclusive placement agent to sell Common Stock, Pre-Funded Warrants, and Common Warrants directly to investors as induced exercises of existing warrants. The transaction is conditional on market conditions.
