Core Scientific appointed Steve Smith, former CEO of Equinix who scaled the company from $400M to $4B in revenue, to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Smith brings 35+ years of data center and digital infrastructure experience and will support Core Scientific's AI infrastructure expansion strategy.
