Simon Property Group's subsidiary Simon Global Development B.V. agreed to sell €500 million in 3.650% unsecured notes due 2031 to non-U.S. persons, fully guaranteed by the parent company. The offering closes June 15, 2026, with proceeds designated for general corporate purposes and notes to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
