Mission Produce has completed its acquisition of Calavo Growers, uniting two major North American avocado companies and expanding Mission's product portfolio into prepared foods and complementary produce categories. The deal strengthens Mission's vertically integrated global network and is expected to generate integration benefits and operational synergies.
