Aptose Biosciences announced that closing of its previously announced Plan of Arrangement with Hanmi Pharmaceutical has been further delayed due to pending Korean regulatory approvals, now targeted for June. The company received an additional US$2.0 million advance from Hanmi under a US$11.9 million loan facility to support continued operations of its TUSCANY clinical trial.
