W&T Offshore Inc. has executed a Second Amendment to its credit agreement dated Jan. 28, 2025, with lenders including Texas Capital Bank. The amendment supplements the financing terms by attaching new annexes to amend the agreement and schedule, and to add a new Exhibit G.
