Four Corners Property Trust signed a definitive agreement to acquire up to 102 veterinary properties from Shore Capital for $268 million, expected to close in early Q3 2026. The transaction will make Mission Pet Health FCPT's third largest brand at 6% of cash rent and increase medical retail exposure to 16%.
