Quantum Leap Energy, a subsidiary of ASP Isotopes, signed a binding joint venture agreement with Necsa to produce commercial-scale High-Assay Low-Enriched Uranium (HALEU) in South Africa, supported by offtake agreements with TerraPower and initial regulatory approvals.
