Edgewise Therapeutics agreed to sell its sevasemten asset and muscular dystrophy business to Servier for $1.55 billion upfront plus up to $1.1 billion in milestone payments. The transaction allows Edgewise to strengthen its balance sheet and refocus on its cardiovascular pipeline including EDG-7500 and EDG-15400.
