In a randomized Phase 2 head and neck cancer study, INBRX-106 plus pembrolizumab achieved a 48.3% confirmed objective response rate, significantly outperforming pembrolizumab monotherapy. The results demonstrate clinical benefit and support expansion into HPV+ patients.
