Westlake's German subsidiary completed the acquisition of a polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride monomer production facility in Wilhelmshaven with 380,000 metric tons annual PVC capacity. The acquisition expands the company's global chlorovinyls manufacturing footprint and strengthens its Performance & Essential Materials business.
