Mohawk Industries announced Paul De Cock, currently President and COO, will become CEO effective September 30, 2026, succeeding Jeffrey Lorberbaum who will transition to Chairman after 25 years leading the company. The succession represents a planned leadership transition at the world's largest flooring manufacturer with De Cock bringing over two decades of industry experience since joining through the 2005 Unilin acquisition.
