Sterling Infrastructure completed its acquisition of Stone Ridge Contracting, a Pocatello, Idaho-based site development contractor, expanding its E-Infrastructure segment into the Pacific Northwest. Stone Ridge is expected to generate $180-200 million in 2026 revenue with mid-teens EBITDA margins, strengthening Sterling's geographic footprint in high-growth data center and industrial infrastructure markets.
