Hancock Whitney Corporation has entered into a merger agreement with OFB Bancshares, Inc., with Citrus Acquisition Corp. serving as the merger subsidiary in a two-step merger structure. The transaction includes a bank merger component and will result in conversion of company stock and treatment of stock options per merger terms.
