Zoom Communications, Inc. announced the appointment of Jeff Epstein to its Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2026. Mr. Epstein was appointed as a Class I director, serving a term that will expire at the Company's 2029 annual meeting of stockholders. He has also been assigned to the Audit Committee of the Board.
Mr. Epstein is currently an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm, a position he has held since 2011. He also serves as a Lecturer at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. His professional background includes serving as the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Inc. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Epstein held CFO roles at DoubleClick Inc., King World Productions, Inc., and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group. He currently serves on the boards of Autodesk, Inc., AvePoint, Inc., and Twilio, Inc.
Regarding compensation, Mr. Epstein will receive an initial grant of restricted stock units valued at $213,219. These RSUs are scheduled to vest on the day immediately prior to Zoom's 2027 annual meeting of stockholders, provided he remains a director through that date.
Separately, the Company reported that Jonathan Chadwick will retire from the Zoom Board of Directors, effective November 19, 2026. Mr. Chadwick’s resignation is not the result of any disagreements with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
