WSFS Financial Corporation announced a series of executive leadership changes on October 6, 2026. The company appointed Charles Mosher as Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive, Michael Thompson as Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Accounting Officer, and promoted Lisa Washington to Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Charles Mosher, a Certified Public Accountant, joined WSFS over 25 years ago. He will lead the Internal Audit function and report to Rodger Levenson, the company’s Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, and David Turner, a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee. Previously, Mosher served as Interim Chief Auditor and Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer.

Michael Thompson, age 55, has been appointed Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Accounting Officer. He reports to David Burg, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Thompson has nearly 30 years of banking experience and came to WSFS as part of the acquisition of Bryn Mawr Trust. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Bryn Mawr Trust’s banking division and held similar roles at Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania, Inc.

Lisa Washington has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. She reports to Christine Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Washington has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since joining WSFS in 2019 and assumed the role of Corporate Secretary in 2023.

As of June 30, 2026, WSFS Financial Corporation reported $22.7 billion in assets and $101.7 billion in assets under management and administration. The company operates from 114 offices across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Florida, Nevada, and Virginia.
