Williams-Sonoma, Inc. announced the appointment of Lynn Martin to its Board of Directors, effective October 19, 2026. Martin is currently the President of NYSE Group, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., where she leads the New York Stock Exchange and oversees its equities and options exchanges. She also serves as Chair of ICE Fixed Income & Data Services.
Ms. Martin brings extensive experience in technology, data, and global financial markets. Prior to her current role, she served as President of Fixed Income & Data Services at ICE and President of ICE Data Services. Her previous leadership positions include Chief Operating Officer of ICE Clear U.S., Chief Executive Officer of NYSE Liffe U.S., and Chief Executive Officer of New York Portfolio Clearing. She began her career at IBM in its Global Services organization.
Williams-Sonoma’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Laura Alber, stated that Martin’s experience guiding complex, high-performing organizations will be invaluable as the company executes its growth strategies. Scott Dahnke, the company’s Board Chair, noted that Martin’s experience leading the New York Stock Exchange will bring an important perspective to the Board.
