Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WTS) announced on September 28, 2026, that Kenneth R. Lepage, the company's General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Sustainability Officer, has provided notice of his intention to retire. Mr. Lepage will retire from the company effective March 31, 2027.
Mr. Lepage will continue in his current roles until a successor is named and will assist with the transition of his responsibilities to the incoming executive. Watts Water Technologies stated that it intends to initiate a search for his successor.
According to the company’s press release, Mr. Lepage is retiring following more than 23 years of service with the company. Robert J. Pagano, Jr., Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairperson of the Board, commented on Mr. Lepage’s tenure, noting that he has played a critical role in strengthening the company's governance, compliance, ethics, and sustainability programs.
