Vylor Inc. has announced an extension of the expiration date for its private exchange offers and related consent solicitations for outstanding notes issued by its subsidiary, EIDP, Inc.

The offers, which were previously set to expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on September 29, 2026, have been extended until 5:00 p.m. New York City time on September 30, 2026. This extension applies to all series of EIDP notes involved in the transaction.

The transaction is contingent upon the completion of Corteva’s planned separation into two independent, publicly traded companies. The exchange offers and consent solicitations are being made pursuant to an exchange offer memorandum dated August 6, 2026.

Settlement of the exchange offers is expected to occur on or about the first business day following the new expiration date, provided the remaining conditions are satisfied or waived. Vylor reserves the right to further extend or terminate the offers in its sole discretion.
