The company estimates the total aggregate payment for the redemption will be approximately $30.9 million. This amount includes the principal balance of $30,345,200 and accrued and unpaid interest of approximately $523,000 through October 12, 2026.
The redemption price is set at 100% of the principal amount of the notes being redeemed, plus accrued interest. The company stated that the redemption will eliminate its 2026 debt maturity and strengthen its balance sheet.
Regarding its financial position, Vulcan reported preliminary, unaudited cash and digital assets of approximately $49.2 million as of September 30, 2026. This total includes approximately $5.4 million in bitcoin with an estimated fair value. The company expects to have approximately $16.9 million in cash and digital assets following the redemption and the payment of approximately $1.4 million in remaining expenses related to a previously announced PIPE transaction.
