Volato Group, Inc. announced on September 22, 2026, that its subsidiary, Alignment Engine, has entered into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with a large AI customer. The agreement outlines the provision of dedicated, single-tenant GPU clusters and access to Alignment Engine’s platform. The initial deployment under the agreement will utilize AMD MI355X GPUs and is scheduled to begin on December 31, 2026. A second deployment will utilize AMD MI455X GPUs and is set to commence on June 30, 2027.

The two initial orders under the MSA have an aggregate contractual value of approximately $1.17 billion. The customer has committed to approximately $133 million in contractual prepayments, including roughly $40 million due immediately following the execution of the initial order. The remaining contract value is payable over a four-year term on a take-or-pay basis.

The filings indicate that the deployments will take place at Alignment Engine’s AI infrastructure campus in Ohio. The company states that these orders are intended to anchor the initial phases of the campus development. The MSA includes standard terms regarding confidentiality, data security, intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification, as well as termination rights for both parties in the event of material breach or bankruptcy.
