The Vita Coco Company, Inc. announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, reporting a 34% increase in net sales to $244 million compared to the prior year period. Year-to-date net sales reached $640 million, representing a 33% increase.

Key growth drivers included Vita Coco Coconut Water, which saw net sales grow 15% in the third quarter and 24% year-to-date. Private Label net sales grew 152% in the third quarter, driven by the contribution of Copra, a super-premium coconut water producer acquired in July 2026. Excluding the impact of the Copra acquisition, organic net sales growth was 18% for the quarter.

Gross profit for the third quarter was $93 million, while gross margin remained consistent at 38% of net sales. Net income for the quarter was $35 million, or $0.58 per diluted share, compared to $24 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, in the prior year. Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA increased to $53 million in the third quarter from $32 million in the prior year.

As of September 30, 2026, the company reported no debt and $152 million in cash and cash equivalents. The company also repurchased approximately $86 million of its common stock during the third quarter, with $19 million remaining under the existing authorization.

Vita Coco has raised its full year 2026 guidance, projecting net sales between $810 million and $820 million. Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $170 million to $175 million. The company noted that uncertainty in the operating environment, including geopolitical factors and changes in tariff rates, could affect these projections.
