Visteon Corporation reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, noting sales of $970 million. This figure represents a 6% year-over-year increase compared to the prior year's $917 million. Despite a 5% decline in customer vehicle production, the company achieved a 10% growth-over-market.

For the quarter, Visteon reported a net income attributable to the company of $5 million, or $0.19 per diluted share. The company recorded a gross margin of $47 million, which included $77 million in exceptional warranty charges. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was reported at $46 million.

On the balance sheet, Visteon ended the quarter with cash of $466 million and debt of $330 million, resulting in a net cash position of $136 million. For the first nine months of 2026, the company reported operating cash flow of $81 million and adjusted free cash flow of a $4 million outflow.

Visteon announced the completion of a $200 million accelerated share repurchase program and paid a quarterly dividend of $9 million. The company also secured $0.9 billion in new business during the quarter, driven by momentum in display products and the Indian market. Specific awards included driver displays for a luxury Japanese OEM and center displays for high-volume Indian OEMs.

During the quarter, Visteon launched 21 new products across 14 customers. A key highlight was the launch of the industry-first SmartCore High Performance Compute system with Chery. Other notable launches included the Audi Panorama program and a cockpit domain controller for the BMW i3.

Based on year-to-date performance and its outlook for the fourth quarter, Visteon raised its full-year 2026 sales guidance to $3.80 – $3.85 billion. However, the company lowered its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to $370 – $410 million and its adjusted free cash flow guidance to $90 – $130 million. The adjusted EBITDA range reflects the impact of the $77 million in exceptional warranty charges and cost pressures.
