Under the terms of the partnership, VIDA provides the underlying operating system and technology infrastructure required for AVANT's network of advisors to deploy and manage AI agents at scale. The platform is designed to support enterprise deployments and is SOC 2 Type II-certified. The AI agents are capable of operating across voice, SMS, email, and chat channels and are designed to integrate into existing business processes.
