Victoria’s Secret & Co. reported second quarter 2026 results and updated its outlook for the remainder of the year. The company reported net sales of $1.611 billion for the quarter ended August 1, 2026, representing a 10% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This figure was near the high end of the previously communicated guidance range of $1.590 billion to $1.615 billion.

Comparable sales for the second quarter of 2026 increased by 9%. The company reported operating income of $257 million for the quarter, a significant increase from $41 million in the prior year. Net income was $183 million, or $2.18 per diluted share. Adjusted operating income for the quarter was $124 million, which exceeded the previously guided range of $90 million to $100 million.

Victoria’s Secret & Co. has raised its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to a range of $7.100 billion to $7.180 billion, up from the previous range of $7.030 billion to $7.130 billion. The company also increased its adjusted operating income guidance for the full year to a range of $560 million to $590 million, up from the prior range of $550 million to $580 million.

For the third quarter of 2026, the company forecasts net sales to be between $1.570 billion and $1.600 billion, compared to $1.472 billion in the third quarter of 2025. Operating income for the third quarter is expected to be in the range of $10 million to $20 million.
