Verra Mobility Corporation announced that Craig Conti will resign as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 4, 2026. The resignation is not related to the company's financial or operating results, nor are there any disagreements regarding the company's financial, operational, accounting, or reporting policies.

Conti is stepping down to pursue a role at a private company outside of Verra Mobility’s industry. The company has initiated a search process to find a permanent successor, with the assistance of executive search firm Spencer Stuart. Verra Mobility expects to appoint an interim CFO to serve during the transition period.

In a statement, Jon Keyser, Interim President and CEO of Verra Mobility, expressed gratitude for Conti’s leadership and contributions. The company is also reaffirming its 2026 full-year outlook, which was originally presented on August 5, 2026.

Verra Mobility plans to report its third quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens on October 30, 2026. Due to the pending leadership transitions, the company does not intend to hold a conference call in connection with the release of these results. It expects to resume its customary quarterly earnings conference calls beginning with the fourth quarter and full-year 2026 results.
