On September 22, 2026, the Verizon Master Trust issued a total of $1 billion in asset-backed securities. The issuance consists of four classes of notes: Class A-1a, Class A-1b, Class B, and Class C.

The Class A-1a notes have an initial note balance of $826,008,000. The Class A-1b notes have an initial note balance of $65,000,000. The Class B notes have an initial note balance of $68,120,000. The Class C notes have an initial note balance of $40,872,000.

The notes are described in the final prospectus dated September 15, 2026. In connection with the issuance, the Trust entered into an Indenture with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, acting as indenture trustee and note paying agent. The Trust also entered into a Series 2026-3 Account Control Agreement with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, acting as secured party, and U.S. Bank National Association, acting as financial institution.

The offering was led by a syndicate of underwriters including BofA Securities, Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., Truist Securities, Inc., and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.
