USBC, Inc. (USBC) has amended its Master Loan Agreement to increase its borrowing commitment by $15 million. The company entered into a Second Addendum to the agreement with Payward Interactive, Inc. on October 12, 2026. This amendment raises the total aggregate borrowing commitment under the agreement from $25.0 million to $40.0 million.

As of the effective date of the amendment, the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the agreement was $21.0 million. Borrowings under the Master Loan Agreement are secured by Bitcoin collateral held in custody with Payward Financial, Inc., an affiliate of the Lender. The company also amended its Account Control Agreement on October 12, 2026, to expand collateral arrangements. This amendment allows for cross-collateralization between obligations under the Master Loan Agreement and certain digital asset derivative transactions.
