Uber Technologies, Inc. has completed a registered public offering of senior unsecured debt notes, raising a total of $4.75 billion. The offering, finalized on September 15, 2026, consisted of five separate tranches of notes with varying interest rates and maturity dates.

The company issued €750 million of 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029, €1 billion of 4.125% Senior Notes due 2032, and €1 billion of 4.375% Senior Notes due 2034. Additionally, Uber sold €1 billion of 4.750% Senior Notes due 2038 and €750 million of 5.250% Senior Notes due 2046.

The issuance was conducted pursuant to a Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-293483) and was managed by a group of underwriters led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Merrill Lynch International, and BNP Paribas.

According to the filing, the notes were issued under an Indenture dated September 9, 2024, with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, acting as trustee. The company stated that it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
