For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, total revenue was $14.9 million, a 40% increase from the prior year. Within this period, SBS revenue rose approximately 85% to $12.1 million, while IE revenue decreased to $2.8 million from $4.1 million in the prior-year quarter.

The company also reported a total backlog of $24.2 million at the end of fiscal 2026, more than double the $11.0 million recorded at the end of fiscal 2025. The company’s cash, cash equivalents, and short-term deposits totaled approximately $28.5 million.

The company noted that the year-over-year changes in operating results were primarily driven by higher general and administrative expenses related to corporate activity, including a stock split and investor relations initiatives, as well as increased stock-based compensation expense.
