Tredegar Corporation announced the election of Cindy Yao to the position of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, effective September 21, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on September 14, 2026.
Ms. Yao, age 59, brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and transformation across industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and distribution sectors. Her most recent role was as Chief Financial Officer of Holon Health, a healthcare provider and health-tech startup, a position she has held since May 2026. Prior to that, she served as CFO of HF Foods Group Inc. from May 2024 through October 2025. Her earlier tenure includes serving as CFO and Executive Vice President at Markel Food Group from November 2013 to December 2023, where she led a business transformation that improved revenue, EBITDA, and controls.
In connection with her appointment, Ms. Yao’s compensation package includes an annual base salary of $450,000. Her annual target bonus opportunity under the 2026 Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) is set at 60% of her base salary, with a maximum opportunity of 120%. Additionally, her annual long-term incentive awards under the Long-Term Incentive Plan are targeted at 80% of her annual base salary, consisting of 50% restricted stock and a 50% non-equity cash component. These figures will be pro-rated based on her start date.
The filing details severance benefits for Ms. Yao in the event of a not-for-cause termination during her first year of employment. This includes month-for-month severance and corresponding COBRA coverage. After one year of employment, these benefits increase to one times her annual base salary and 12 months of COBRA coverage, along with a prorated share of any earned STIP and performance units.
